What Goes Around Comes Around
I have always been a strong believer in sending out good juju into the universe. This aligns with the "Lead and Live with Integrity" principle of The Wolff Way.
You won't find "good juju" in the dictionary. My interpretation of good juju is doing the right thing, being kind, and helping others, whether people are watching or not. It could also be described as sending out positive vibes.
Good deeds often go unnoticed. There are times when we can't or won't celebrate these good deeds. However, being noticed or celebrated for a good deed should never be the reason for doing it. People don't do good deeds because they think it will come back around to them. They do it to be good humans and to treat others the way they want to be treated.
I believe that good deeds do come back around. On the other hand, not doing the right thing, not being kind, or not helping others can be called bad juju.
In my experience, the universe has a funny way of sending these acts back to us at some point. It might not happen this week, this month, or even this decade, but it always comes back.
What goes around, comes around. Work hard to send out good juju, and it will come back around.
