W- is for work ethic
O- is for off time
I am currently working a small group of girls helping them develop their basketball skills. The group comes together on Saturdays preparing for the upcoming season. A couple weeks ago, I was really impressed.
The girls came to the training session in the morning to work on their skills and participate in drills. Their strong work ethic was on display yet again.
Later that day, a number of them went on a birthday trip out of town. By all accounts, they had a great time.
This is the epitome of a strong work ethic by getting the work in during the morning session and then enjoying their off time.
Get the work in, then have fun with your off time.
